Deluxe Shelters have a lean-to style roof sloping up to the front wall at a 3/12 pitch with a steep front overhang for extra shelter. The overhang is 4′ for 16′ deep buildings, 3’6″ for 14′ buildings, 3′ for 12′ buildings, 2’6″ for 10′ buildings, and 2′ for 8′ buildings.
All lumber is pressure-treated except for the trusses and roof purlins
